Return & Refund Policy

At Urbanishh, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility Criteria

A product is eligible for return or replacement if:

  • It is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • It is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • All original tags, manuals, accessories, and invoices are included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. Return Timeframe

Customers must initiate a return or replacement request within 3 Days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us at urbanishh.care@gmail.com within 24 hrs of delivery. Share the unboxing video clearly showing the issue. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


4. Exchange Options

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will offer:

  • A refund to the original payment method, or

  • A store credit (if applicable)


5. Refund Process and Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 8-15 business days to your original method of payment.

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount in your account.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personal care, grooming, or hygiene products (if opened or used)

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping will be borne by Urbanishh.

  • If the return is initiated for any other reason, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
